TERMS OF SERVICE

I’ll Print 4U!

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using services provided by I’ll Print 4U! (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

I’ll Print 4U! is a Texas-based custom branding and printing company specializing in embroidery, signs & banners, and print services, along with custom apparel, promotional products, transfers, and branded merchandise.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

I’ll Print 4U! offers custom branding and printing services including but not limited to:

Custom embroidery

Signs and banners

Print services such as business cards, brochures, and marketing materials

Custom apparel including screen printing and DTF printing

DTF and UV-DTF transfers

Promotional products

Awards and plaques

Online company stores (iStores)

Branded merchandise and marketing materials

All services are subject to production capacity, equipment availability, and supplier availability.

I’ll Print 4U! reserves the right to refuse service for projects that violate intellectual property laws, contain offensive or unlawful content, or fall outside our production capabilities.

3. QUOTES AND ORDERS

3.1 Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change if material costs change, artwork specifications change, or project scope changes.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are not confirmed until the following conditions have been met:

The order is paid in full or deposit requirements are satisfied.

Final artwork proof approval has been received.

Order confirmation has been issued by I’ll Print 4U!.

Production will not begin until payment and approvals have been completed.


3.3 Minimum Orders

Certain services have minimum order requirements.

Custom embroidery has a 6 item minimum.

Custom apparel has a 6 item minimum.

Print services have a $40 minimum order.

Signs and banners have a $40 minimum order.

Promotional products have minimum quantities determined by the manufacturer.

Orders below minimum thresholds may incur additional fees.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept approved electronic payment methods including credit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment systems
Payment methods may be verified prior to order processing.

4.2 Payment Requirements

Orders under $2,500 require full payment prior to production.

Orders over $2,500 may be eligible for a 50 percent deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to pickup or shipment.

Payments on orders exceeding $2,500 must be validated prior to processing.

Requests for Purchase Orders are approved on a case by case basis.

4.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.

Customers claiming tax exemption must provide valid resale documentation.

4.4 Late Payments

Invoices not paid within agreed payment terms may be subject to late fees of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.

Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.


5. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

5.1 Typical Production Times

Typical production time for most orders is 5 to 7 business days after payment is received, artwork proof is approved, and order confirmation has been issued.

Production timelines may vary depending on order size, product type, and current production schedule.

Promotional products may require extended production timelines depending on manufacturer availability.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


5.2 Production Delays

I’ll Print 4U! is not responsible for delays caused by customer delays in artwork approval, supplier shortages, shipping carrier delays, weather or acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.


5.3 Rush Orders

Rush production services may be available for an additional fee depending on production capacity and scheduling availability.

5.4 Production Variance (Spoilage Allowance)

Due to the nature of apparel decoration and printing processes, minor production variances may occur.

I’ll Print 4U! allows a 2 percent spoilage allowance on production runs to account for normal production variables such as machine calibration, setup adjustments, and material inconsistencies.

This variance is considered standard within the printing industry and does not constitute a defect.

Customers requiring exact quantities are encouraged to order additional units.


6. ARTWORK AND DESIGN

6.1 Artwork Requirements

All artwork submitted for production must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 300 DPI resolution

PNG or PDF file format

Transparent background when appropriate

Artwork must be properly sized for production

Failure to provide artwork meeting these specifications may result in reduced print quality.


6.2 Artwork Quality Disclaimer

I’ll Print 4U! reproduces artwork exactly as submitted unless design services are requested.

If low resolution or improperly formatted artwork is provided, print quality may be affected.

By submitting artwork, the client accepts responsibility for the final printed result based on the files supplied.


6.3 Design Services

Design services may be available for an additional fee. Clients will receive digital proofs for approval prior to production.


6.4 Proof Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully. Once artwork is approved, the client accepts responsibility for any errors present in the approved proof.

Changes after approval may incur additional charges.


6.5 Customer Supplied Garments

Clients may provide their own garments or materials for customization.

By doing so, the client acknowledges that I’ll Print 4U! is not responsible for manufacturer defects or damage caused by heat, pressure, fabric composition, dye migration, or material inconsistencies during production.

Replacement of customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed.

Because additional handling and risk are involved, a processing fee ranging from $3.50 to $50 per item may apply depending on the garment type and production method.


7. EMBROIDERY VARIATION POLICY

Embroidery designs are produced using stitch files created for specific garments and materials.

Due to the nature of embroidery production, minor variations may occur in stitch count, thread direction, stitch density, and placement.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Thread colors are matched as closely as possible but exact color matches may vary depending on thread availability and fabric type.


8. PRODUCT QUALITY AND DEFECTS

8.1 Quality Control

All products are inspected prior to delivery to ensure they meet production standards.


8.2 Defect Notification

Clients must report product defects within 72 hours of delivery and include photographic documentation.

I’ll Print 4U! will determine whether replacement, repair, or credit will be issued


8.3 Custom Product Policy

Because most products are custom made to order, all sales are final once production begins.

Minor variations in color, placement, and materials are normal in custom production


8.4 DTF Transfer Durability Disclaimer

DTF transfers produced by I’ll Print 4U! are designed to be durable when properly cared for.

Under normal wear and washing conditions, transfers may last 50 or more washes.

Durability may vary depending on garment material, washing methods, heat exposure, and normal wear.

Improper garment care may reduce the lifespan of the printed design.


9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

9.1 Cancellation Before Production

Orders cancelled before production begins will receive a credit to the client’s account which may be applied toward future orders.


9.2 Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled and the client remains responsible for full payment.


10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Once items are shipped and tracking information is provided, I’ll Print 4U! is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues.

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I’ll Print 4U!’s liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

12. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Clients agree to contact I’ll Print 4U! directly to resolve any order concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, collection activity, and recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.


14. PRIVACY

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy located at:
